David, who lives in one of our services in East Yorkshire, wrote to tell us how he spends his leisure time. David produces some amazing pencil drawings and has agreed to share some of these pictures with us. He has also learnt life skills and floristry.

Helen

Helen lives at one of our services in the West Midlands. She would like to share with you her 'first time' experience, which involved being serenaded by a professional singer. Read on to hear her story.

Natalie lives in one of our supported living services in North Yorkshire. Natalie (or Nat as she likes to be known) talks about how her life has improved and how she is continually building up her skills and independence.
