About Voyage
Voyage provide a range of care and support solutions for people with a variety of specialist needs, including learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurological impairments and mental health needs.
We are proud of what we have achieved over the past 20 years in developing a wide variety of quality support and living options. These achievements are based upon a genuine desire to provide the services that people really want, recognising that each person is different and has a unique set of needs, wishes and aspirations. While some people may require a relatively short period of intensive support, others may be looking for a range of solutions which will meet their needs at different stages in their lives. In both cases we strive to understand each individual’s particular needs, wishes and aspirations. This is done through a thorough assessment process, which will then be translated into a person centred care or support plan, built around the individual.
We encourage personal growth and support individuals to build skills which boost their confidence and independence. On this website you will find inspirational stories about some of the many people we have successfully worked with to open up new opportunities. In all of these cases the individual, with the help of those around them, has chosen to work towards realistic yet challenging goals, which have resulted in major life changes. These changes could be learning a new skill, accessing education or training, starting a job or work experience, or finding a new place to live.
We have over 250 services in England, Scotland and Wales and we have developed at least 20 brand new services in each of the last five years. We pride ourselves on being able to provide a full continuum of care, from support in people’s own homes to highly specialised nursing environments.
