All our staff are encouraged to develop through a range of initiatives; staff can access learning using our own in-house e-learning facility or through on and off the job training programmes.
The company’s learning and development team ensures that training is managed and delivered effectively across the organisation and the company is accredited by City and Guilds, Edexcel and the Institute of Leadership and Management for the provision of a variety of qualifications.
In June 2008 Voyage signed the Skills Pledge, committing to helping our employees gain basic skills. Our commitment continues with the development of partnerships with the Apprentice Matching Service and Local Employment Partnerships (LEP).
In 2009 Voyage achieved the prestigious Investors in People Award.
