Apprenticeships

Voyage, again, has been taking the lead, in the development of new apprenticeship pathways. We are currently delivering a bespoke apprenticeship framework for Pindar Oaks staff, the programme includes the usual elements of the apprenticeship framework, which is delivered by our partner, Frankish training.

Skills for Care are again very much involved in both funding and promoting this programme. In February, Paul Newton, HR Director, attended a ministerial event to celebrate apprenticeships in Health and Social Care. In attendance was Amanda Claydon, an apprentice from Pindar Oaks, who is enrolled on the programme. SFC have also sent out an apprenticeship marketing leaflet to 19,000 recipients, giving details of Voyage’s involvement.
